Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern Avyro provided by Evolute LLC. By using it, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy. Use the app only where legally permitted. Drivers and supervised learners must meet local licensing rules. Users must meet the minimum age described in our privacy policy; minors need parent or guardian permission.

Safe and responsible use

Set up the app before driving and review reports only when safely parked. Obey traffic laws, actual road signs, and road conditions. Do not rely on scores, route data, or posted-limit estimates as instructions to drive at a particular speed. Avyro is not an emergency-response, crash-detection, navigation, insurance-rating, legal-evidence certification, or driver-licensing service. See Measurements & safety.

Your records and Family sharing

You remain responsible for the information and exports you choose to share. You authorize us to process shared content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service, consistent with your choices and our privacy policy. Family requires visible accepted agreements; do not use Avyro for covert monitoring, harassment, unauthorized access, or to impersonate another person. A parent or supporter must have the appropriate relationship and lawful authority. Agreements and app settings do not replace legal consent requirements.

Availability and beta features

Avyro is currently in development. Beta features may change, be unavailable, or lose data; retain your own copies where appropriate. Family linking, billing verification, and notification delivery await activation and device validation. Offline conditions, permissions, operating-system limits, provider outages, and expired measurements can affect results. We do not guarantee continuous recording or delivery of a check-in.

Purchases and subscriptions

No launch price or introductory offer is promised on this website. If a store subscription becomes available, its price, period, renewal terms, and any trial conditions appear in the store before purchase. Store subscriptions renew unless cancelled according to the store’s terms. Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting an app or account does not by itself cancel a store subscription. Refunds are handled under the relevant store policy and applicable law. Restore eligible purchases using the app’s restore control where offered.

Third-party services and ownership

Apple, Google, Cloudflare, GitHub and map providers have their own terms. Road/map data and software attributions appear on our attributions page. Evolute and its licensors retain rights in the app and branding. Your use is subject to the applicable store license, including Apple’s standard EULA where applicable. These service terms do not claim to replace a store-approved license.

Limitations and your rights

Avyro provides informational estimates from available device measurements. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning personal injury, fraud, or mandatory warranties. Local mandatory law continues to apply.

Ending use, changes and contact

You may stop using Avyro and request deletion at any time. We may restrict service access for misuse or security reasons, consistent with applicable law.
