Responsible AI
Responsible AI & Human Review.
Evolute products use automation to support review, search, organization, and operational visibility. They are designed to assist people, not replace professional judgment.
AI-Assisted Workflow Support
LexPacket AI helps organize packet materials, summarize extracted information, identify potential gaps, surface contradictions, and prepare structured review outputs for legal teams.
The system supports workflow review. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal conclusions, litigation strategy, or attorney-client services.
ScreenVault Search and Organization Support
ScreenVault helps users search screenshots in natural language, recognize text inside images, suggest filenames, categorize visual documents, and find similar screenshots. These features are designed for personal organization and retrieval support.
Search results, OCR text, date parsing, tags, categories, filename suggestions, and similarity findings should be reviewed by the user. ScreenVault may miss relevant items, show irrelevant items, misread text, misunderstand a query, or suggest imperfect filenames.
Attorney Review Required
Attorneys and legal professionals remain responsible for reviewing source materials, verifying facts, identifying legal issues, preserving evidence, meeting professional obligations, and deciding whether any output is appropriate for use.
AI-generated outputs should be treated as first-pass review support and independently verified before being used for client communication, filing, demand preparation, settlement evaluation, litigation strategy, or other legal or business purposes.
AI and Extraction Limitations
AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unsupported, or misclassified information. OCR and document extraction may fail or introduce errors, especially with scans, rotated pages, handwriting, stamps, tables, poor image quality, corrupted files, locked PDFs, or unusual file structures.
Confidence indicators, citations, and missing-record signals are intended to help review, not guarantee completeness or correctness.
Privacy-Conscious Design
LexPacket AI is designed around minimal retention principles and transient processing workflows. Uploaded materials are not intended to become permanent document storage, though temporary logs, metadata, provider processing records, and operational traces may exist.
ScreenVault is designed around local-first processing. Its screenshot library, recognized text, thumbnails, tags, notes, and indexes are intended to live on the user’s Mac for the normal product workflow.
Operational Boundaries
LexPacket AI may be unavailable, limited, or less effective for unusually large uploads, unsupported formats, corrupted documents, image-heavy packets, excessive repeated generation activity, or materials that cannot be reliably extracted or interpreted.
Features, processing limits, pricing, and availability may change during Early Access as the product evolves.
