Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, requesting a demo, using Evolute products, or using LexPacket AI, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Workflow Support Software

LexPacket AI is AI-assisted workflow support software designed to help law firms organize, summarize, and review intake materials. It supports first-pass review and operational workflows; it does not provide legal advice, legal representation, attorney-client services, or final legal work product.

ScreenVault for macOS

ScreenVault is local workflow software for screenshot organization, natural-language screenshot search, text recognition, metadata review, visual similarity review, and filename suggestions. It is intended to help you find and organize visual information, not to guarantee that every screenshot, word, file, duplicate, date, or suggestion will be identified correctly.

You are responsible for reviewing search results, recognized text, rename suggestions, similarity findings, tags, notes, and any file or index changes before relying on them. Original image files should be backed up according to your own data-management practices.

No Legal Advice; Attorney Review Required

Outputs must be independently reviewed and verified by qualified legal professionals before being relied upon. Users remain responsible for source-document review, factual confirmation, legal analysis, client communications, filings, demand preparation, settlement evaluation, litigation strategy, and professional obligations.

AI, OCR, and Extraction Limitations

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, unsupported statements, incomplete interpretations, formatting errors, OCR errors, extraction errors, or misclassified information. LexPacket AI may not identify every issue, record gap, contradiction, party, date, injury, coverage fact, or legal concern. ScreenVault OCR, natural-language search, date interpretation, categories, filename suggestions, and similarity review may also be incomplete or inaccurate.

Trials, Purchases, and App Store Availability

ScreenVault may offer a full-feature trial followed by a one-time lifetime unlock through the Mac App Store. Pricing, availability, trial rules, product identifiers, and purchase or restore behavior may be governed by Apple’s App Store systems and may change before or after launch. References to pricing or introductory availability are informational and may be updated.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Evolute products to violate law, infringe rights, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected systems, abuse processing workflows, or submit materials you are not authorized to process.

You are responsible for ensuring that uploads comply with confidentiality, privilege, ethics, privacy, client-consent, retention, and data governance obligations.

Processing Limits and Early Access

Processing limits may apply for unusually large uploads, unsupported file structures, corrupted files, image-heavy packets, repeated generation activity, or documents that cannot be reliably extracted or interpreted.

Features, limits, pricing, availability, model providers, file support, and workflows may change during Early Access or as the products evolve.

No Warranties

Evolute LLC provides the website, products, demonstrations, and LexPacket AI on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, fit for a particular purpose, or free from data loss, extraction errors, AI errors, or operational limitations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolute LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions, actions, losses, claims, legal outcomes, business outcomes, or professional consequences resulting from use of AI-generated outputs or product functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolute LLC's total liability for any claim related to the website, products, demonstrations, or LexPacket AI will be limited to the amount paid to Evolute LLC for the applicable service during the three months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars if no amount was paid.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Texas will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
