Privacy Policy
Privacy-conscious workflow software.
This Privacy Policy explains how Evolute LLC handles information across its website, products, and LexPacket AI workflow demonstrations.
Effective date: May 25, 2026
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, organization, demo requests, support messages, and other details you choose to send through the website or product workflows.
We may also collect limited technical information, such as browser type, device information, page activity, product usage signals, error logs, and operational metadata used to maintain and improve the website and products.
Uploaded Documents and LexPacket AI Processing
LexPacket AI is designed around privacy-conscious workflow principles and transient processing workflows. Uploaded documents are intended to be processed for intake review support, not used as permanent file storage.
During processing, document contents may be extracted, converted, summarized, split into smaller processing units, or routed through AI, OCR, parsing, hosting, or infrastructure providers that help operate the service.
We do not describe LexPacket AI as zero-retention storage. Temporary logs, metadata, diagnostic information, cache artifacts, security events, or provider-side processing records may exist for operational, debugging, abuse-prevention, billing, reliability, or legal purposes.
Third-Party Providers
We may use third-party service providers for hosting, analytics, communications, file parsing, OCR, AI-assisted processing, error monitoring, payment workflows, and infrastructure operations.
When LexPacket AI uses third-party AI or OCR providers, portions of uploaded content or extracted text may be transmitted to those providers for processing. Their handling of data may be governed by their own terms, privacy commitments, and retention practices.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve products, respond to requests, support demonstrations, process uploaded materials, troubleshoot issues, monitor reliability, prevent misuse, communicate with users, and maintain product security and operational integrity.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to submit. Law firms and legal professionals should follow their own confidentiality, privilege, ethics, client-consent, data governance, and compliance obligations before uploading sensitive materials.
Do not submit highly sensitive, privileged, regulated, or client-confidential materials unless your organization has determined that appropriate safeguards, agreements, and internal approvals are in place.
Deletion and Contact Requests
You may contact us to request deletion or correction of information that Evolute LLC controls. We will review requests reasonably and respond as appropriate, subject to operational, legal, security, backup, provider, and business-record limitations.

GDPR and CCPA Awareness
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive information about personal data. Evolute LLC will evaluate applicable requests in light of relevant privacy laws and the nature of the service relationship.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as products, providers, legal requirements, or operational practices evolve. Continued use of the website or products after updates means the current version applies.
